NORTHERN TRUST EXPAND YORKSHIRE TEAM

Northern Trust Company is pleased to welcome Jake Marshall to their Yorkshire regional team. Jake is joining the company as Asset Manager and will be focusing on targeting new occupiers as well as retaining our current occupiers within the portfolio.

Jake commented about his move to Northern Trust, “After completing my real estate degree at Northumbria University I began working in Manchester as a Telecommunication / Fibre Acquisitions Surveyor. However, I decided to move on to the next stage of my career after receiving the exciting offer to work for one of the largest Landlords in the UK. The whole Northern Trust team have immediately made me feel welcome, and I am looking forward to the challenges that lay ahead and assisting in continuing to grow the portfolio.”

Jake’s appointment follows Norther Trust’s recent launch of their new 34,286 sq ft multi let industrial development, Dale Court in South Kirkby. The Yorkshire portfolio now extends to over 1.2 million sq ft in over 520 individual units / office suites across 42 locations across the region.
