NORTHERN TRUST WELCOMES IN-HOUSE ARCHITECT TO THE TEAM

Northern Trust is pleased to welcome Dave Griffiths, Architect to their team.

As a former Associate of Ormrod & Partners, Dave brings with him a wealth of experience spanning over 4 decades. He has a wide ranging expertise in new build and refurbishment commercial projects, having been responsible for both major and smaller works on community, commercial, industrial and institutional projects.

Dave commented on his move to Northern Trust “Having worked as an external consultant for Northern Trust over the past 10 years, I am now looking forward to being an integral part of the team progressing the current development programme, and using my skills and experience to assist other areas of the business.”

Northern Trust’s existing property portfolio is in excess of 8 million sq ft of industrial/trade and office parks and has more than 5,000 acres of land under ownership/management throughout the UK. Over 2 million sq ft has now been developed in over 40 locations, and Northern Trust continues to expand through all three areas of its property business.

Dave will be working closely with the Development team on any new build developments and refurbishment projects for the wider group.
