1st Enable who have been working in the supported living sector since 2012, have taken the 4 person office suite to facilitate their expansion into the Yorkshire and North East regions.
Jeff Dawson, Director at 1st Enable commented “Our move to the Gateway is to provide a registered office for our regulator (CQC) as we are seeking to register our North Eastern supported living services for adults with learning disabilities as a location.
We currently support over 250 people with learning disabilities in their own homes and communities, and employ around 450 staff from North Wales, North West across to Wakefield and as far north as Teeside.
The opening of the premises at The Gateway anchors our presence and demonstrates our commitment to supporting people with learning disabilities in Yorkshire and Teeside.”

The Gateway office park is split into four offices housed within two semi-detached blocks is ideally located adjacent to Junction 40 of the M1 motorway.
