NORTHERN TRUST EXPANDS WITH £5M ACQUISITION OF SOUTH NELSON INDUSTRIAL ESTATE

Northern Trust Company Ltd is pleased to announce the acquisition of South Nelson Industrial Estate in Cramlington. This multi-let industrial estate comprises 46,683 sq. ft. of high-quality workspace across 33 units and is located adjacent to Northern Trust’s existing Nelson Park Industrial Estate.

This £5m acquisition takes Northern Trust’s total ownership in Cramlington to over nearly 300,000 sq. ft. in 100 industrial units, and further strengthens Northern Trust’s presence in the North East industrial market, providing flexible and well-located business space solutions for local and regional occupiers.

The South Nelson Industrial Estate offers a range of unit sizes from 564 sq. ft. up to 4,278 sq. ft. and is home to a mix of well-established businesses.
