Joint agents Ryden and DM Hall have achieved 100% occupancy at Northern Trust’s 16,545 sq ft industrial development at Grange Court, EarlsGateBusinessPark, Grangemouth.
The final letting at the estate was secured with CLC Presentation System, who took units 1 and 2 (3,305 sq ft) on a three year lease. The firm, a leading supplier of binding, laminating and shredding equipment, has relocated from Linlithgow due to a need for larger and more prominent accommodation. Other tenants on site include Sign Freight, Belzona Polymerics, Ceetak Engineering and NRL Rail. Each unit has been let on lease terms between three to five years and at a rent of approximately £6.50 per sq ft.
Jonathan Houghton, Property Portfolio Manager at Northern Trust commented “We are pleased to announce that Grange Court is now fully let, which is owed to the excellent product in a first class location with flexible tenancy agreements.”
Grange Court forms part of the EarlsGateBusinessPark, which includes c. 18,000 sq ft of office accommodation at Earls Court, with individual suites ranging from 855 sq ft up to office buildings of 5,091 sq ft.
